Planning on actually skipping the bechamel like the recipe pretends is normal. Will be cooking pasta in a pot, frying 1 moderately diced onion (1.2cm) for 7 min or so. Then adding 3 thinly sliced garlic cloves, 1 cup peas and 185 grams tuna, frying another minute or so, tossing with the pasta and some cheese. Then into tray, more cheese and shove in oven until brown, my guess is 30 minutes.

Making tonight with bechamel and onion, peas, no carrot. In a bit of a rush will see how long.

Didn’t end up doing an onion, so no frying. Tipped the oil off the tuna first. No olives. Baked for 20 min or so. Added some paprika on top, kinda regretted it. Done now-ish.
