Mik, Kora, Claudia and I took a trip to the local park in Eastwood for a BBQ. Make sure you go early to beat the sunset. Snack ideas include mint cremes and clinkers. If you bring 100s and 1000s and extra bread, you can make fairy bread.
Ingredients
- Sausages (Beef, thin) 12 whole
- Brown onions 4 whole
- Bread 12 whole (slices)
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Bbq sauce to taste
- Margerine to taste
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
Steps
- Slice onions at home, put in a bowl and cover with gladwrap.
- Pack snacks, onions, bread, sauce, sausages, margerine, tongs, sharp knife, butter knife, paper plates, spoon, tupperware for cooked sausages, wipes, paper towel, bin bag, oil, hat, aerogard, water bottles.
- Walk to local park with BBQ.
- Cook sausages.
- Serve on park bench.
