From an Instagram reel Claudia found somewhere. For whatever reason the garlic in the rice turns green.
Ingredients
Brown rice1.5cups
salmon
Salmon460grams
Dried oregano1tbsp
Paprika0.5tsp
Onion powder1tsp
Garlic powder1tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Mayonnaise3tbsp
Sriracha3tsp
Soy sauce2tsp
Sesame oil1tsp
Avocado0.5whole
Cucumber2whole
rice flavouring
Garlic3cloves
Soy sauce3tbsp
garnish
Fresh coriander2sprigs (0.5 cup)
Spring onions1whole
Sesame seeds to taste
Steps
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add rice. Boil for 30 minutes.
Slice avocado (halve and slice 4mm), spring onions (1cm), cucumbers (4mm rounds), coriander (moderately), mince garlic.
Remove skin from salmon and dice into 1.5 cm ish bite sized pieces.
Combine spices and toss through salmon.
Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
On medium-high heat in oil, fry the salmon in batches. Add a little splash of soy sauce & sesame oil when nearly cooked.
Drain rice well, return to pot on turned off burner, stir through minced garlic, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Plate cutely.

Cooked and eaten in an hour. Barely 4 serves. Garlic in the rice turned green. Very delicious fun flavours.

Started about 10 min ago with boiling a kettle then to put then rice in.

Tried to do it skin on but couldn’t even cut through. Then I made a mess of skinning them, next time consider skin off. I remember it being easy first time though. I reckon I used too much oil when frying and could have done bigger pieces of salmon on high heat for soft inside. Too much sriracha in the sauce.
