Pavlova

From Dad’s pavlova plate. Family classic that I am yet to cook myself.

Ingredients

  • Egg whites 4 whole
  • Cornflour 1 spn
  • Vanilla 1 spn
  • White sugar 2 cups
  • Vinegar 1 tsp

Steps

  1. Whip egg whites and sugar to peaks.
  2. Add cornflour, vanilla and vinegar.
  3. Spoon onto wet plate.
  4. Bake at 120 degrees for 1 hour.
  5. Turn off and leave to cool.
