Lamb Souvlaki

Lived the smokey barbeque on apartment balcony dream even though it was raining and I had to grillmaster from within the apartment so there was room for the little barbeque to sit under the little eve. Sat next to my industrial floor fan for air quality management.

Ingredients

  • Lamb shoulder (or not idk?) 500 grams (i assume?)
  • Garlic freestyle
  • Dried oregano freestyle
  • Lemon freestyle
  • Olive oil freestyle

Steps

  1. Juice lemon. Soak skewers in water.
  2. Dice lamb into 2 cm cubes then combine with all other ingredients and marinate.
  3. Skewer lamb. Prepare whatever you're eating this with.
  4. Brown on BBQ, turn to brown each side. Pink inside is good, overcooking makes it really really dry.
