Making tonight. Should have frozen chips in ingredients.
17:26
And why 4 tomatoes.
17:41
Used half the halloumi, 1 cucumber 1 tomato 0.5 red onion and that seems like enough for 2, and then I’ll use the same again tomorrow. Plan for halloumi is I cut the block into 3 wide rectangles then tore, tossed with herbs and pepper and am gonna fry in lots of oil.

Got nice and brown idk if good. I think thicker slices next time would be yummier? Warmed wraps in cast iron.

Making tonight. Will do larger halloumi, high-ish heat but less crispy, try for soft inside. Doing with 600g chicken thigh marinated in recipe tin eats recipe of yoghurt, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper. For maybe an hour. Halloumi marinating in rosemary and oil. Will fry chicken on max heat and maybe a lid after the first flip to cook through. Two thighs at a time. Warm wraps in cast iron if they fit. Dice and fry tomatoes. Dice red onion and cucumber as normal. Frozen chips in oven. Thats the plan.

Yep to plan. Added some cumin and lemon juice to yoghurt as a sauce. Diced and fried the tomatoes (low heat but I would do higher next time). Really delicious. Charred the chicken then let it rest before slicing. 4 serves.

Making tonight. 360g halloumi. 3 small tomatoes, 1 small red onion, 2 small cucumbers. I think I’ll try go with big halloumi max heat and soft inside. Should have preheated the oven sooner, that’s the longest part I think.
19:55
Went super thick, each halloumi block into only 8 pieces, just cut strips from it.
20:24
Done and at leisurely pace because chips take forever.
20:39
Good halloumi like this. Way too much red onion as usual.
