Frozen Dumplings

Ingredients

  • Frozen dumplings (pork & chives) 600 grams
  • Soy sauce to serve

Steps

  1. Warm pan to medium high with oil, then add dumplings in a single layer. Fry until golden brown on one side, flip repeat
  2. Add 1cm or so of water to pan, cover and simmer on medium until liquid is gone. Remove lid towards end when patience runs out. Put soy sauce in dipping bowl.
