Doing 14 dumplings, roughly half a pack bit more maybe. More would maybe need 2 pans. The instructions say to add the water right away and then fry it off, turn and done, and say cooking time should not be more than 10 mins all up.

Okay doing second half now. First were good but over-browned on one side and under on the other, and I should flip halfway through the simmer part too.

Yep they look nicer, I think lid was good for keeping it hydrated, tossing in the water worked too. Used hot water this time.
