Warm pan to medium high with oil, then add dumplings in a single layer. Fry until golden brown on one side, flip repeat
Add 1cm or so of water to pan, cover and simmer on medium until liquid is gone. Remove lid towards end when patience runs out. Put soy sauce in dipping bowl.

Doing 14 dumplings, roughly half a pack bit more maybe. More would maybe need 2 pans. The instructions say to add the water right away and then fry it off, turn and done, and say cooking time should not be more than 10 mins all up.

Trying again with less water, but still medium-high and sear first. Also, no lid.

Yeah tasty. Did maybe 5mm of water or so and just fried until it was all gone.
