French Toast

From Recipe Tin Eats but a pretty standard recipe. Cooked a bunch with Mik at college. Extra delish with brioche bread, can even use brioche buns or raisin toast. Top with banana and yoghurt, or berries or syrup or nothing at all.

Ingredients

  • Bread 4 whole (slices)
  • Eggs 2 whole
  • Milk 0.5 cups
  • Cinnamon 4 tsp
  • White sugar 2 tsp
  • Vanilla 1 tsp
  • Butter to fry

Steps

  1. Whisk egg
  2. Pour in all other ingredients
  3. Dunk bread (both sides)
  4. Fry in hot pan with butter
