Flatbread (Yoghurt)

Made back in Westleigh when home alone. Made again in college with Clauds. Easily made, I’m guessing the quantities. Keep a bit spare of each ingredient so you can adjust, and add very slowly, mixing throughly. If you don’t roll really thin, the inside will be raw.

Ingredients

  • Yoghurt 1 cup
  • Plain flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp

Steps

  1. Mix the two ingredients bit by bit, until not too sticky
  2. Set aside for 20 minutes in bowl
  3. Split into balls and roll flat
  4. Fry on high heat in oil
