Easy Quiche

Ingredients are highly flexible, this recipe is a good way to get rid of random veggies in the fridge, e.g. mushrooms, rocket.

Ingredients

  • Eggs 5 whole
  • Bacon 200 grams (4 rashers)
  • Brown onions 1 whole
  • Puff pastry 1 whole (sheet)
  • Peas (frozen) 1 cup
  • Parsley to taste
  • Pizza cheese 0.5 cups

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 200
  2. Defrost puff pastry on bench covered in tea towel, defrost peas
  3. Slice bacon and fry until edges brown
  4. Dice onions (1cm), roughly tear parsley
  5. In large bowl, whisk eggs. Add cheese, then add onions, bacon, parsley, peas, salt and pepper.
  6. Place pastry into dish and pour in mixture
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until skewer tests clean, stand for 5
