Beef Burgers

Make sure you get the frypan nice and hot, or the patties will come out gray.
Ingredients
- Brioche buns 6 whole
- Sliced cheese 12 whole
- Tomato 2 whole
- Iceberg lettuce 0.25 heads
- Frozen potato chips 400 grams (0.5 bag)
- Brown onions 1 whole
- Beef mince 0.5 kgs
- Breadcrumbs 0.5 cups
- Eggs 1 whole
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper 2 tsp
Steps
- Slice onions, fry in pan on medium heat for as long as you'll wait, until brown
- Slice tomatoes, lettuce into big slices.
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
- Bake chips for 30 minutes or according to packet.
- Mix mince, breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper in bowl and shape into 6 patties.
- Mix tomato sauce, mayonnaise, mustard in a bowl.
- In a grill or toaster, brown the inside of the buns.
- On high heat, add oil, salt and pepper to a pan and place 3 patties at a time on it. Cook for 3 minutes a side.
- Assemble burgers and serve.
