Taken from food.com. Best done with overripe bananas, buy some, overripen them and chuck them into the freezer for later.
Cooking today, 4 old bananas from freezer.
Interpreting baking soda as bicarb.
Didn’t sift the flour. Crush banana in large bowl then add eggs and whisk a little, then add that to the rest. Ingredients should be reordered.
Doing 200 degrees for conventional oven.
Turned at half time.
Took 1hr15min to bake and cooling on rack for 10min.
