First tray only 5 as a test. Did a dessert spoon ful of dough and then shaped and pressed flat with fingers.

Cooled on tray for 5 minutes. First tray pretty brown, maybe it should be 160 conventional?

Third tray only 5 and actually a little smaller I think, did at 160 look about the same but maybe because less.
